LOVING OTHER BELIEVERS

 

TEXT: Matthew 10 vs 42

You can be sure that whoever gives even a drink of cold water to one of the least of these my followers because he is my follower, will certainly receive a reward.”

Jesus wants us to be loving and caring towards His followers. A follower of Christ is one who acknowledges Jesus as the Lord of his/her life.

Jesus values His followers so much and wants us to be loving towards them. He said anyone who does good to His followers (no matter how little it might be) will surely have a reward. 

We must not treat any believer (this includes a new convert)  like a nobody. They are God's people and God loves His people. Let's love one another even as Christ has loved us. Remember, our reward for loving other believers is certain (Hebrews 6 vs 10)
