STRENGTH FROM WEAKNESS

 

TEXT: 2 Corinthians 12 vs 9

But his answer was: “My grace is all you need, for my power is greatest when you are weak.” I am most happy, then, to be proud of my weaknesses, in order to feel the protection of Christ's power over me.  

God is not looking for a perfect man to use. He is not looking for a man who has all strengths and no weakness. He created us and knows our limitations. What God needs from us is our availability. He knows our weaknesses and loves us just the way we are. He will do with us whatever He pleases if only we give ourselves to Him. His strength is best expressed in vessels who acknowledges its weaknesses and depends totally on Him for help.

Don't look down on yourself because of your weakness. Trust in God and allow Him work through you to do what He intends to do. Depend on Him and He will not forsake you.

REMEMBER, YOUR AVAILABILITY IS WHAT GOD IS LOOKING FOR, NOT PERFECTION.
